gtk-smooth-themes software package provides A set of themes for the Smooth GTK+ Engine, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gtk-smooth-themes
gtk-smooth-themes is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gtk-smooth-themes package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gtk-smooth-themes *
You will get with gtk-smooth-themes package name, version, architecture and description in a table
